  • Yes. Every role we recruit for is fully remote, work from home. No daily commute, no traffic, no relocating. You work with an Australian company from wherever you are in the Philippines.

  • No. We're a recruitment business that connects top Philippine talent directly with Australian companies. You're hired by the company itself, not by us. We don't sit in the middle of your role and we never take an ongoing cut of your salary.

  • Australian professional services firms, mostly mortgage broking, accounting, financial planning, legal and real estate businesses. These are established teams looking for skilled people to join them long term, not short-term project work.

  • Never. The company pays us a one-time fee to find and place you. After that, your pay is yours. We don't clip anything from your salary now or in the future.

  • You apply, complete a skills assessment, record a short video submission and have a one on one interview with us. If you're shortlisted, we introduce you to the company for a final interview. We keep you updated at every step.

  • It depends on the role and your notice period, but most placements move quickly once you're shortlisted. We'll always be upfront with you about timing.

  • You're paid directly by the company you work for, in full and on time each month. Depending on the role, you'll either be engaged as a contractor or set up as a full employee with statutory benefits like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and your 13th month pay sorted. Either way the money comes straight from your employer, not through any middleman taking a cut. We'll explain exactly how your arrangement works before you start.
